From an early age Steven was the family performer, and found himself involved in church choir, high school improv, and drama classes. It wasn’t until much later in life, however, that Steven finally began to pursue a career in the arts.
Steven was born with a love of travel and adventure. His travels have taken him across Europe, the South Pacific, the Caribbean, and most of Canada and the USA.
Combining his love of travel and continued interest in study led to a Bachelor of Recreation Management from Acadia University in Nova Scotia. He then attended The Vancouver Film School in British Columbia where he studied acting for film and television and subsequently began acting professionally in commercials, short film and on stage. In June 2009, Steven graduated from the two-year conservatory program from the prestigious Circle in the Square Theatre School in New York City. He has also studied in Quebec, France, and North Carolina.
Steven is the creator and producer of The Bench Project, a series of short films that take place on various benches in NYC.
Steven is a sometime runner, having run three marathons - Maui, San Francisco, and Disney World, and has a keen interest in health and fitness.
